ELM Executives Jon Veenis, Interim Chief Executive Officer and President Jon Veenis has more than 30 years of financial services experience. He is currently the Interim Chief Executive Officer of ELM. Prior to joining ELM, Jon spent 30 years at Wells Fargo Bank, most recently serving as President of its Education Financial Services Division. He has also held other senior management roles at Wells Fargo. Jon served on the ELM Resources Board of Directors from 1996-2007 including a term as Chairman from 1999 to 2000. His other professional affiliations have also included Chair of the Education Funding Committee for the Consumer Bankers Association and as a board member of the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP). He holds a B.S. from South Dakota State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking.

Chet Bieganski, Chief Financial Officer
Chet Bieganski brings over 20 years of finance and service management experience in technology and information systems. Prior to joining ELM, he was Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for Computer Associates, a leading information technology management software provider. Prior to Computer Associates, he held several executive level finance positions within information technology at major healthcare companies including Kaiser-Permanente, WellPoint Health Networks and Columbia Information Services. He began his career at General Electric where he held several financial and audit roles. Chet earned a degree from Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmittsburg, MD and an MBA from New Hampshire College.

Gary Parkhurst, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product
Gary Parkhurst has over 25 years of general management, sales and marketing experience in technology products and services. He is currently Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Products. His expertise is in helping to increase company value within small to medium size companies. Prior to joining ELM, he was Vice President of Sales for the Intagio Group, a consulting services firm specializing in media and advertising. Before Intagio Group, he was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Wood Associates, a marketing communications company. Gary has also served as Vice President and General Manager at United Advertising and ACNielsen. He is a graduate of California State University and has also completed course work in strategic planning from the London School of Business and financial management from Cornell University.

Alice Boyd, Chief Resource Officer & Vice President of Human Resources & Training
Alice Boyd has over 15 years of experience in the field of training. She is currently Chief Resource Officer and Vice President of Human Resources and Training. Prior to joining ELM, she held director level positions in data exchange solutions companies, including Director of Implementation Services at RedKnife, Inc., and Director of Client Services at ECbridges, Inc. Alice has also held senior management positions in training for the healthcare industry. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley.

Phillip Wade, Chief Information Officer
Phillip Wade brings over 15 years of technology and business leadership experience to the role of Chief Information Officer for ELM Resources. Phillip has spent the majority of his professional career in Information Technology in banking and financial services including student lending. Prior to joining ELM, Phillip was Technology Vice President of Applications for Chase Education Finance, the student lending division of JP Morgan Chase. He has also held senior management positions as Chief Technology Officer for Collegiate Funding Services, Inc. and Vice President, Consumer Finance Advanced Technology Group for SunTrust Bank before joining Chase. Phillip has a BA from the College of William and Mary.
